At Fah Lanna Spa, we understand that pregnancy can be a unique and wonderful time in a woman's life, and we are delighted to offer a range of safe and relaxing treatments to pamper expectant mothers.
What treatments are suitable during pregnancy?
It is important to note that foot reflexology, aromatherapy oil massage, or Thai massage should be strictly avoided during any stage of pregnancy. However, there are a number of other treatments that can be enjoyed safely, depending on the stage of pregnancy.
During the first trimester (week 1 - 12):
During the first three months of pregnancy, any form of massage is not suitable. However, we have plenty of other options to help you feel pampered and refreshed. You can indulge in a Five Step Facial Treatment, Body Scrub, Body Mask, a Manicure & Pedicure, an Exfoliating Foot Scrub, or Body Waxing.
After the first trimester (from week 13):
From the fourth month of pregnancy onwards, we offer a range of treatments that can be enjoyed safely, including the popular Fah Lanna Pregnancy Massage, which is safe from the 13th week of pregnancy onward. You can choose from Aloe Vera, Moisturizing Cream, or Coconut Oil for your massage. In addition, we offer treatments such as Exfoliating Foot Scrub, Body Scrub, Body Mask, Five Step Facial Treatment, Manicure & Pedicure, and Body Waxing. To ensure your safety and comfort, please let us know how many weeks pregnant you are so that we can recommend the most suitable treatments for you.

At our spa, we prioritize your comfort and want you to fully enjoy your treatment. Please let us know how comfortable you are lying down on a massage table for over an hour. We are happy to accommodate your preferences and we will do our best to provide you with a comfortable experience.
